To me, the only thing worse than undercooking pasta is overcooking it.
Undercooked pasta is hard to chew but at least you can continue to cook it.
Overcooked pasta is limp, gummy, doesn’t hold its shape and there is no saving it.
Either way, it’s not a pleasant experience..
